Thanks so much for being a faithful follower here.

Today’s episode was a bit more personal, if that’s possible. Because, you know. I’m me. But it felt a little scary. Because there’s this little voice that asks what if by admitting I have unrighteousness anger makes somebody think the big bad bully is with his terrible words.

But both can be true.

So I’m just going to keep on trusting the God who sent Jesus, to be the Rock of Justice and Love.

Maybe these journal prompts will help as you process some of your thoughts this week.

1. Is there a place in your life where you feel tangled right now — emotionally, spiritually, or relationally? What might God be trying to uncover beneath that knot?

2. Can you think of a moment recently when anger rose quickly in you? What part of that anger felt righteous, and what part might have slipped into contempt?

3. Who is the person (or group) you struggle most to see as bearing the image of God? What would it cost you — internally — to let God reshape the way you see them?

4. As you pray, “Search me, God,” what do you sense He might be gently pointing toward in your heart today? What is He inviting you to release, surrender, or see differently?
